Who is 'MyCommerce ShareIt'?
Namtuk uses Share-It as its payment processing service to handle all aspects of our product payment. It is normal for you to receive payment-related emails from MyCommerce ShareIt.
What is a license?
A license is for 1 computer; you cannot install same license on multiple computers, but it can be easily transferred.
A license can have an unlimited number of accounts (fax accounts), but keep in mind that the more accounts you set, the more power the computer requires.
You will receive all updates and support during the licence period (1 year or perpetual); if you do not renew it, it will stop processing your data at the end of the period (1 year).
How to get a quote?
To receive a quote, simply select the licence you want above, click the buy button, you will be redirected to the order form, fill out your country information (important for taxes), and then click the "Request quote" button.
When i receive my license?
After completing the payment process, you will receive your licence via email; please see below for average email delivery times:
- Credit card, Paypal: Delivery under minutes
- Bank wire transfer: Process takes up to 2 weeks
- Bank check: Only for French customer, process takes up to 1 week
Is renewal automatic?
No, if you purchase an annual license, you will have to renew it manually; you will receive notifications by email and in the software. You can order a perpetual license at any time.
